I. GENERAL.

Will Draw:
• Character art / Reference sheets
• Animals / Humans (Including fantasy or aliens, as well as IRL pets!)
• Gore / Mild violence
• Fandom characters / Ship art
• Adoptables / Custom designsWill NOT Draw:
• Real people (Celebrities, family members, yourself, etc.)
• Complex backgrounds (Architecture, detailed scenes, etc.)
• Sexually explicit art (Including kink or fetish art)
• Hateful imagery (Such as racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, etc.)Miscellaneous:• The artist reserves the right to stop work on a commission or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude / inappropriate behavior, or any breach of TOS.• Terms and conditions will be changed as seen fit.

II. PAYMENT POLICY.

• Payment will be sent through Paypal in $USD.• The artist has the right to cancel a commission at any time; partial or full refund is case-by-case depending on level of completion of commission.

III. PROCESS.

• Work in Progress pictures are ONLY given if asked; feel free to inquire. Otherwise the artist will take creative liberties.• Edits, depending on complexity or frequency, may incur an additional $USD fee.

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE

• The artist reserves the right to use all commissioned art for self promotion. If you are interested in having a piece not uploaded to social media, inquire. It will likely have an additional fee.• All commissioned art is for private, non-commercial use only. No reselling of copies is permitted.• For commercial inquiries, contact the artist.
